We are always delighted to have new members, and particularly love it when they dive in and get involved.
However, because some people join in order to post advertisement links (and worse!) we have to have a rule that says new members won't post links until they have made 25 posts and been members for 2 weeks. It is clearly stated in the Membership Agreement (https://thesewingplace.org.uk/index.php/topic,4.msg4.html#msg4) that you agreed to when you signed up.
We can't make exceptions because it would be unworkable, us being human and volunteers and all that.
