Not sure if right board or not.
I'm looking for a new place to take machines to be serviced. Preferably in the Wiltshire area but can go to surrounding counties.
For servicing I prefer word of mouth.
Mechanical machine, bonus if they do embroidery machines.
My Janome is currently working like a champ but has been doing a lot lately and is probably due a service in the next few months so figured I'd ask now to get the votes in!

I went in there a day or so before lockdown to ask about servicing and would have taken my machine in otherwise. I had a long conversation with one of the principals - it's a small family business, her son does the servicing. Although I haven't actually used them myself they have a good reputation locally. Servicing is (or was) £55 plus any parts needed.

Tom Dilley Swindon. Still the most reasonable for servicing, he's worked continuously throughout the lockdown period. Would trust my Bernina machines to anyone else.
