I had some leftover hedgehog fabric. A friend is due later this year. I found the CUTEST pattern ever. So, what could I do but make tiny harem pants out of hedgehog fabric!

They have working pockets because obviously pockets are necessary for tiny humans. I also made them size 6-9 months as figured that they'll get tonnes of newborn stuff.
I even have enough fabric left to make a matching hoodie!

So cute. And pockets. :loveit:

What a lucky baby, loooooove the pockets <3

Love 'em and there loads of room for nappys which normally you don't get

Made the hoodie up! (https://photos.app.goo.gl/xUjvaXvaVXRBiTau7)
it's pretty cute. Used all the same fabric even though there's a design feature (https://photos.app.goo.gl/WZGToSVG7w6DmerKA)that means half the hood and the front left can be a different fabric. I also didn't shorten the body to add the waistband because baby is going to be living in Switzerland in the cold so figured long hems are better!
So new baby has matching outfit to grow into.
I love these patterns, so think I'll make some of these hoodies for Christmas as they go up to age 10!

The hoodie and pants are adorable.

They are lovely @Syrinx. Which hoody pattern did you use?

It's an indie pattern maker called puperita I think

I've used Puperita (on Etsy) and found them very good indeed.
