@Diane - thanks for replying so quickly. I think I may have the answer. It looks as though my subscription (which I paid on 24th September) hasn't gone through properly so I'm not seeing what I should see. I only found this out when I tried to add a screenshot to show you what I see - and couldn't!!!
@Iminei - could you investigate the subscription renewal for me, please? I paid through PayPal on 24th September. It has gone through PayPal OK but doesn't seem to have filtered through to TSP yet. It would be in my DH's (different) surname but I did put a note that the subscription referred to 'Kenora' which I thought would be enough. Please pm me if you can't locate it. Thanks.
