2.3m x 155 wide.
Double knit, stable but lovely, soft and drapey. It has a small 10cm flaw around the 2m mark.
It’s just not my colours.

Has anyone seen any Mohair/ Teddy type fabric in petrol blue or teal?...I’ve been watching Greyscale and just love the coat she wears!

Current Projects / What to do with old CDs

Make coasters...pictures are self explanatory, used up bits of wadding.
The binding strips are 18” long, cut at 45 degrees and joined with. 1/4” seam.
Use a zipper foot to get really near the CD.
I used spray baste  :faints:

In the wardrobe / Wrap dresses/tops?

Why do I look like a sack of spuds in wrap over dresses or tops, I see some lovely things but on me they look like old lady stuff. I never know what to do with the wrap bit, does it go under? over? Or across the bust?... maybe I need more bust!  :o

The Duchess  coat by Elle and Mac...
I’ve never seen so many badly sewn coats in my life and so many folks drooling over them.
Badly sewn, not pressed and the fitting is non existent.
Sometimes I despair, does no one learn the basics anymore.

I’ve finally decided.. you can’t take it with you so I’m going to buy myself a Babylock Euphoria. They’ve given me a decent trade in price on my BLCS2 which is 2 years old but I thought I’d offer it here first. I’m looking for £700, I’m willing to post but buyer would have to take responsibility ( I have all the original packaging). I’m doing the deed on Monday.
