Does anyone know where I can get some elastic with like a rubber middle the kind thats on wedding and prom dresses please

PS. I checked at shopping basket and price is for a 5m pack not 1m as stated, then postage added on at £2.something.

Have you tried the English Couture Company as they seem to have a good selection of fancy elastics.
