I have got two more fabrics washed and awaiting pressing, ready for shift dresses. The purple one I'm not sure about, I think I just loved the colour and pattern.

I love the red one. I used to wear a lot of red and didn't like blue much but since I went grey my palette has a distinctly blue bias. For many years I wasn't a fan of purple but that's changed too.

I like the red one too, it would make a nice jacket. I had planned a dress but if there is enough I may do a jacket to match. I am, let's say, 60+ but still think like a teenager 0_0. I have fortunately still got a lot of my dark hair barring the sides. Your hair looks lovely Marnie!

I must admit I fell in love with the purple, though I hadn't an idea what to do with it, maybe just stare and stroke it ;). I think it's this years colour so, who knows it may become something :D

The purple is gorgeous and surely (get me, like I know one iota about dressmaking) you could do something with those fabulous points for a faux hem or cuff thingymy???

In fact, looking at it again...
Its hideous, :angry: not good for your colouring, >:) would make Twiggy look fat :'( and you would be far better off shoving it (neatly) into an envelope and dropping it in the post to ...
