I bought a pattern for an Elf last year, and have just got round to making it for my grandchildren.

He has bells on his hat, shoes, and collar! The instructions were a bit strange if you are predominantly a dressmaker but after several readings I managed. It is from Quilting antics, they have a nice pattern for a polar bear which I may try as I have quite a lot of white boucle jersey left over from my current coat project.
