I thought you were having problems threading the needles @Elnnina
These threaders are bendy.  You shouldn’t need to remove anything to thread them.   ::thinks::
What machine is it?

@Elnnina how about some of these?
https://tinyurl.com/4fzd55u6

Just put your thread in the large eye and then pass the needle right through the eye of the overlocker needle.  I used to use these a lot.

Managed to get to the SR late this afternoon.  Cut out another cardigan.  Got the shoulders sewn, pinned the sleeves in and ran one through the overlocker only to find I had forgotten I’d taken off one of the threads!   :headbang:  Time to call it a day I decided.  I’ll see if I can undo and redo it tomorrow.

That’s very smart @Ouryve.  I’m afraid I don’t cover my machines.  :embarrassed: They’re always out.

I’ve downloaded it to have a look.  I started keeping track of my stash.  But my interest wanes somewhat.  Do I sew or keep a record ::thinks:: ::thinks::   Ooh sewing wins every time!

Not sure @So Chic  it I think it might be Bernina themselves.  I could be wrong :P

It all got very confusing with Singer, Husqvarna and Pfaff didn’t it @Celia ?  People thought they were all the same.  My Husqvarna Designer Diamond is not the same standard as my old Husqvarna SE.
And my old Pfaff 7570 was lovely and so easy to change needles due to the amount of space.

No sewing for me.  I just got into my room and tidied a few bits away then DH came in and said we ought to go to mum's and try and sort her internet out……again!   :(  Got back gone 5.

Welcome to TSP @DiverDan.   I love the backpack and Paw Patrol is an absolute must at that age.   :)
My grandson would love it.
Look forward to seeing other makes as and when

@William I remember when the first heavy duty one came out.  We had one where I worked and I was tasked with 'trying it out' to see what it could do.  Well it definitely couldn’t do what they claimed.  And the engineer that asked me try it wasn’t at all surprised.   :)

For a basic machine ,I’d be inclined to look at Janome or Brother.

@William my personal view is that I wouldn’t have a Singer as a gift.  Old machines were lovely but the modern ones are dreadful.

It’s been piddling with rain here.  Of course, the window cleaner came late morning!

I’ve finally found a way to do the buttonholes on my coat.  It’s taken me 6 samples of different methods and styles and I should be ok now.

I just had to look at the Bernina.  I feel a bit out of the loop nowadays with what’s available.
Have to say I really don’t like combination machines.  Much rather have two separate ones.  And they’d still be two very expensive ones if you split this in half price wise.

@Tamnymore you’re at it again!  Never heard of these either.  But oooh, they have some lovely cotton lawn.   ::thinks::

@Iminei it was one of the many sample seams we had to do for C&G many years ago.  I can’t even remember how it was done so I’ve obviously never used it since.  I’ll have a look and see if I can find it in my files.
