It was 20c and sunny here on Saturday....ditto yesterday. Today it's 6.5c rain and blowing a gale. No wonder we get confused

I wear the same clothes all year round.Jeggins, cotton socks,ballet pumps, and jumpers/ tops (elbow length / long sleeves ...bingo wings alert! 
) I have less than a dozen tops and half a dozen jumpers so I pick what's appropriate for the weather that day.
I have a small wardrobe and 2 drawers and all my clothes fit in easily.......you know me...nothing surplus to requirements

If it is to be a hated by me wallhanging it doesn't need to be densely quilted.
Support the quilt all round and use a walking foot as Iminei says.
