Have i dreamt that someone was asking about a sweatshirt pattern that had a placket? I can't seem to find the thread so don't know who was asking, if at all you were!
Anyway, stop rambling, if you are looking for such a pattern Style Arc do one. Here it is. (https://www.stylearc.com/shop/sewing-patterns/bert-knit-top/)

Might have been @Acorn ?

Yes it was me, but I don't want that sort of collar - more this style:

Thank you though!

@Acorn I was going to suggest just drafting a new collar for the style arc - it would be so simple, but then I looked at the detail photos. The shoulder seams miss the model's shoulders by at least 2-1/2"! As a majority of us have forward shoulders these days, I was surprised to see no allowances made. Definitely not worth the trouble.

Is the Itch to Stitch Bainbridge any use ? It has a stand up collar.

Ooh - it's the closest I've seen. I'll have to have a think about whether I could easily adapt the placket to be wider and take buttons (can't see why not!) I'm all in favour of sweatshirts with bust darts too.
Thanks @Turquoise
