I realise these will only appeal to a limited number of folks, but owing to significant (intentional) weight loss, I need to part company with a big pile of Style Arc patterns which are no longer of use to me.
There's a selection of trousers, tops and tunics, and a couple of dresses.
Most are uncut, one or two have been cut (and used), but still in useable condition. Mostly size 18, a few 20's, a few are multi sized 18 -30, and one's size 16.
I'll indicate size in brackets after each. £2 each for uncut, £1 for cut, plus £1.50 for 1st class large letter postage, which I will obviously combine if anyone buys more than one. Please PM me if any interest.
Celine Dress uncut (size 18) https://www.stylearc.com/shop/sewing-patterns/celine-dress/
Twiggy Dress uncut (size 18) https://www.stylearc.com/shop/sewing-patterns/twiggy-dress
Ollie Tunic *cut (size 18) https://www.stylearc.com/shop/sewing-patterns/ollie-tunic/ Please note my pattern is an older version, slightly more fitted than the one shown in the link.
Edited to delete what's no longer available.

Yes, could you please PM me, as it seems I can only rply to PMs but not send them. Not sure why?
-
That's interesting @Fiona M I sent you a pm (or thought I did)....
-
What are you doing to try and send them @Fiona M?
You can either click on the speech bubble at the bottom underneath a member's avatar alongside a post they have made (and their name will automatically be filled in underneath the address bar on the message form), or click on 'My Messages' from the black bar at the top of the page, and choose 'Send a Message' from the drop down list (and enter the person's username manually).
-
Thanks @Acorn, I think i must not have been clicking in the right place!
I hope I have now replied to everyone who wants patterns.
If you have asked for a pattern and not yet had a PM from me with my Paypal address, please PM me and I will reply!
I am overwhelmed by the response, I did not really expect anyone would want them, so thanks everybody.
I have lost 18kgs since January, when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and it forced me to address my weight issues once and for all. I have sucessfully reversed the diabetes, and gone from a size 20 to a 12/14. I have another 10kgs to lose yet, so anticipate I will end up a size 10/12 by the time I get to target, so these patterns would be far too big for me to downgrade.
-
Wow, well done @Fiona M. I’m sure you feel great and congrats on reversing the diabetes.
-
Are they all spoken for now? If not, can you be kind and list any still available?
Thanks in advance.
Annie

Thank you ladies, your patterns are all in the post, 1st Class large letter, with the exception of the two people who told me they are away this week, I'll post yours next Monday.
I hope you will all be pleased with yhour patterns, happy sewing!
@annieeg I had to put yours in two envelopes due to size, so you will receive two patterns in one envelope, and three in the other.
-
Thanks @Fiona M :)
-
Ooooh they've arrived. Thank you kindly @Fiona M . All present and correct and nicely packed - you are so efficient! Can't wait to make them (when I get past the current work mountain :'( ). And good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey - may your new svelte self be clothed in lovely things made from small size Style Arc patterns!
-
@Fiona M
Patterns safely received - thanks so much!
Annie

@Fiona M received mine today too, many thanks. I'd only yesterday devised a sewing plan which I amnot  going to deviate from, but once that's done I'll get onto them :) :sew:
-
Thanks Fiona, mine also arrived this morning. I've never bought Style Arc direct from the company and love that they include a fabric sample.
-

Mine arrived in work today, so I tried a quick Fay skirt when I got home this evening. Thanks again for the patterns, @Fiona M.
-
Wow, that's great @StitchinTime, lovely skirt! You win the prize for first to sew something! Love the fabric.

Wow, that looks great. As you’re such a speedy sewer, have you thought about applying to the GBSB?? ;)
-
@StitchinTime
Very nice - love the fabric.
(PS: I like your shoes 0_0)
Annie

Thanks for the comments on the skirt. It really is a very simple pattern, just two seams and attach the elastic, hence the quick result. I think I might be going to Abakhan's at lunctime to look for fabric to make a few more!
(@annieeg The shoes are by Hotter and were an ebay bargain. You can blame @Lowena for these as before she mentioned Hotter shoes, the brand had been off my radar.)
-
Glad to have made another convert @StitchinTime I now have 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair of sandals and have just ordered some boots. Gotta luv Hotta ( I could be their marketing manager :D )
Lovely skirt
-
I am also a fan of Hotters Trotters! Very comfy, and made in the UK. If you sign up for their emails they often have discounts and ‘three for two’ offers. If you live near an outlet store you can pick them up at real bargain prices too ;)
-
My patterns have arrived... thank you very much. Project number 695!

Courtney Top, made using 1 metre of cotton viscose mix from Fabrics Galore aaaaaaaages ago honest  It's very dark blue not black, and I had nothing else to go with it for contrast panels.
It's a lovely simple make and I reckon it could be a fave due to the easy slip-on style. This seems to suit me more than button up shirts and the like.
I'm planning another with an almost metre - a remnant - of the same fabric in a different colourway but going to put contrast panels in when I come across something that will work.

@snoozi soozi That's fabulous!
-
Another Courtney top. I get the feeling this is a pattern that will be made time and time again :loveit: The top is a lovely comfortable wear and in particular I like it with a long-sleeve shirt underneath for colder weather ;) [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]
-
Another entry for the cack-handed sewing club ;)
This is an SA Adeline dress made in brushed cotton. It's my second one but the first one was made up as the pattern stated so I thought I'd share my own quirks on this one. Instead of two square pockets I used a kangaroo pouch stylee, and instead of long sleeves folded back and cuffed I shortened them and added binding.

The Fay skirt pattern has had a lot of use this summer. After using the sewing machine to make the first skirt, I dusted down the overlocker and used it to make three more skirts and got a much neater finish when attaching the elastic. The only thing I couldn’t work out how to do on the overlocker was to join the ends of the elastic for the waistband so I did that bit by hand.

Love your changes @snoozi soozi . Do you think it would work in a heavier fabric to wear over a ribbed polo neck sweater?
-
Style arc Molly Top in a Dark Purple jersey meaning you can't really see the details.

I've made some minor changes.
1 - widened the bicep area of the sleeve by curving the lines out and back in again.
2 - shortened the long sleeve by 2 inches, (but only taken a 1/2" hem).
3 - taken a half inch cover hemmed hem on the bottom.
4 - inadvertently made the tuck on the left!
5 - split the tuck into three smaller tucks which I then sewed together from the right side.

@Helen M yes I think you could use a thicker fabric, perhaps not a heavy denim, but it would be lovely in a corduroy. My other one is made in a linen mix and it hangs beautifully :loveit:
-
I like the idea of corduroy. :)
