I’ve washed and dried some fabric and have cut out another Isla top. No actual sewing done as I need some matching thread. Tomorrow morning I’ll pop to hobbycraft for a browse for some thread. Will complete it tomorrow.

@Bill I see what you mean, extortionate prices  You could always put a post up on FB to see if anybody has one they would be willing to part with.

I frequently use the twin needle on both of my sewing machines and have been pleased with the results. My overlocker i've had for quite a few years and it stitches perfectly every time. I think if i'm going to be making clothes on a regular basis then i would consider investing in one as i really like the finish that the coverstitch gives.

You may change your mind when you see the price... 

@Bodgeitandscarper I've been looking at it, price is ok so that's going on my christmas list, DH said he'd treat me if i think i'd use it 

@Diane A coverstitch machine sews two or three rows of straight stitch on the top and a kinda overlock stitch underneath.

I’ve also had issues posting from my Chromebook, I’ve done all the usual cleanup stuff. When I press post, it just spins round and round and then comes up with an error code (I’ll post that later on as I’m just off to work). All other websites work, just TSP I’m having issues with.

Additionally, a 408 Request Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have two Janome's, the 4300 and the 9450, both needle threaders work perfectly.
