See them here (https://voguepatterns.mccall.com/patterns/latest-collections/spring).  Very disappointing.

I like V1672 (https://voguepatterns.mccall.com/v1672) but it certainly wouldn't look like it does in the photos once made in my size and on my figure!

A lot of the other dresses would only suit wide-shouldered people. Not me. I'm searching for a pattern for a mother of the groom dress for an August wedding. Nothing in this release will be suitable.

No, nothing for me either.

Mind you, Vogue rarely does...

All of these are going to be safe because the company that owns the big 4 just sold them to a UK company a couple of days ago.

I am saving such a lot of money on patterns!

Nothing exciting me either, the couple of Vogue dress patterns I've got have been made several times so I'll stick with them for the time being.

I’m quite like the culottes and the Marcy Tilton blouse.  Not necessarily for me.....

Just gone back through them again in the hope that they might have got nicer in the meantime. Looking at V1688 - if the model looks like a bag lady in it what hope would I have?

I like 1671 and 1672 but don't think either would look good on me

I have had another look and there is still nothing for me.  However, I see opportunities for

I quite like v1683, and years ago might have bought the pattern, but now I have learned to draft my own probably won't bother.

I quite like the Guy Laroche black and white jacket that looks as if it is made from two halves frankenpatterned together - though maybe I could just make one black jacket and one white jacket instead!  :D
I like the Sandra Betzina top with the 'picture' collar and the Tilton top. You'd have to be brave to wear the Zandra Rhodes dress - much flesh on show there. V1673 would be nice on a thin person. I quite like the asymmetric shirt V1678 but just today a very similar pattern from Sewing Workshop I got on eBay has arrived - so no need for another asymmetric shirt. The Anne Klein tops V1681 are quite nice and you do get two separate tops in one pattern.

I guarantee that if you are under 50 and you wore the dress in the Julio Cesar pattern V1677 you will be asked 'when it's due'. It's a maternity wear pattern surely. :S

V1684 - just the thing for a trip to the supermarket - might get a bit squashed in the car  though - seatbelt squash.

Vogue too? Maybe the lackluster selection of patterns on offer so far reflects the despondency of the designers and staff after learning of the sale. A lot of people must be wondering if they will still have jobs soon.

There's quite a lot in there that I like (dresses mainly).  Don't like the Guy Laroche or Rachel Comey suits, far too 80s for my liking.  I love the Zandra Rhodes dress, but not sure it would suit me (no waists tend to make me look pregnant  -< )
)and am thinking about the Tom and Linda Platt dress.  I also love V1671 (https://voguepatterns.mccall.com/v1671) in the longer length and this skirt (https://voguepatterns.mccall.com/v1683)  All of the tops leave me cold.

The Vogue facebook page says that the Rachel Comey suit is a copy of the RTW Agave suit and the original pic is really quite nice. I would make the trousrs full length as in the original. Of course the model is 5'10" and a size 8 ... just like me.....not!  :D The Guy Laroche jacket is a copy of  a catwalk version too. They may well have sneaked in a couple of designer copies into the patterns without named designers. I'm thinkiing of a copy of an Alexander McQueen coat they did about a year ago which waa a really nice pattern to make.

I actually like 1681 the Anne Klein black peplum top.  It's got an unusual construction.  I wouldn't pay that much for the pattern though and I suspect I'm a bit on the short side for Vogue sizing.

V1681 is growing on me @Ploshkin . You can find versions of the garment for sale - I googled Anne Klein pin-stripe peplum top.  It would be nice in a striped fabric like the one on the website. I would have thought that this pattern would be reasonably accommodating to different heights. The sleeves aren't overly long, the top isn't long and it doesn't look wide across the shoulders. Well it will be weeks before it arrives in the UK and probably a long tome before there's a pattern sale!

Nothing for me there, very disappointing!
