Help!
What on earth am I going to do with 2 boxes of chiffon and georgette. Just why have I got so much
Going to try and use some of this year.
The rest of my stash is quite usable: cottons, viscose and coatings.
Going to make a pair of jeans first.

Well I do have some black lycra for leggings, so that's a start. I'll use these for yoga.
Does coating count, I'll wear it when I'm going out for a walk   -<

Apart from georgette and chiffon, I think I've gone and done It!  :toast: Yep, all used up!
Now what do you do with 5000 meters of flimsy fabric when you live in a freezing cold house   :S

I use Bernina Software. You can import an image and let the software "fill" it in. You can create your own design from scratch or use an imported image for guidance. Another alternative is to edit bought designs. All you said and much more. You can download a trial version here
Not familiar with any of the others, so hoping someone else can chip in.

Just looking through next years list, what great ideas.
Don't thing I'll be doing the pink month, can't stand pink! Oh but hang on, hmm, maybe...  :P 0_0
I'm off to search through my stash to see if I've got any animals hiding in there.
Thinking that 2 x 6PAC = SWAKOP
Thanks for organizing @Manuela

A Good Yarn / Re: Is there such a thing as a "small" knitting machine?

The Silver Reed LK150 is a very light weight machine, which is easy to carry and set up, however it is still 4' wide when set up. They have to be that wide to house enough needle to produce fabric wide enough to make a garment.

Snap, @Bodgeitandscarper ,
DD has requested these rompers, in the way that you have adapted it. You've made a really good job of it.

Thanks @Francesca,
I was hoping to find kits. I know there is one for the Harriet bra.
I'm allergic to underwire, a nightmare if the escape from there casing. I had one snap when I was wearing it nearly stabbed me. can you imagine the newspaper headlines.

I'd love to give bra making a go, but where can you get supplies?

Baby's Wardrobe for DGS7
Sew Over It: Strawberry Sweatshirt, Tangerine Trousers, Honeydew Hoodie, Clover Trousers, Dandelion Dungarees
Butterick 6030 for Hat, Shirts, Jogging Bottoms and Tee-shirt.
Sweat shirting and Navy nautical print is new the rest is from stash.
Started off making just a few things, then kept on making things out of left overs. Original project tripled in size. I used plastic poppers for the first time, much better than metal ones with spikes. I embroidered the tee shirt.

Baby outfit for DGS7
Sew Over It Strawberry Sweatshirt and Tangerine Trousers

this is a test run using fabric from stash. Sewinf aroung the feet was easier than I expected, but because I used quite a wide overlocking stitch when I turned them right side out the seam went into "corners". Its the same on RTW, I'll try narrower overlocking next time. sorry blurred picture.
