Title: Go up / go down has vanished

As the title says.  I think it has been gone for at least a couple of days.
I didn't realise how much I use it until it wasn't there.

I noticed it was gone yesterday but thought it may be just my laptop. Obviously not.  :S I really miss it now that I have to scroll right back up to the top manually.

Go up / go down is still visible for me, but I'm using a different theme (Curve) rather than the forum default.

Fran has been tweaking something and it has disappeared temporarily.  It will be back.
