Hi! I'm Tracie and have been trying to teach myself to sew for a little while, but I still consider myself a newbie! I've come here because I'd actually like to become good at sewing, and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can learn from you.

Welcome, @Tr4cie .  What type of sewing are you looking to do?  There are lots of helpful and knowledgeable folks around here so feel free to ask any questions.  Look forward to seeing what you make.

Thank you for your replies!

I am really enjoying learning how to sew clothes. At the moment, I'm basically just following patterns in order to learn techniques, but I'd really like to learn how to fit clothes, and just how to make them look better!

Welcome @Tr4cie . Always lovely to hear of a newish sewist (sewer doesn't look right!) wanting to learn Stuff.
