Doughtys get on my nerves.Whenever I order something there's always a phone call to say that part of what I've ordered isn't in stock....do I want a substitution or a refund? Their stock control must be minimal

The queue outside M and S food stretched up the road and there were 14 people in it so I got back in the car and gave it a miss.
Sainsbos was packed too, queued for ages for a till.
Big weekend I suppose.... Chinese New year today / tomorrow...Valentine's day on Sunday , my son's birthday on Monday and Pancake day on Tuesday....
