Quilting thread

A couple of months ago I read a thread recommending multi-coloured quilting thread on cones and now I can't find it. Quelle surprise!
Unfortunately if you type "quilting thread" into the search box it brings up most of the forum.
If the people who wrote on it or if anyone can remember the recommendations on it please let me know. I don't feel like paying £10 per 1000m if I can get a better deal elsewhere.

Saw this Q in Haberdashery.  Found a reference to Mibs, which has 3000 m for £6, I think.

The Mibs on Am***n has a £24 P&P charge or £14 depending on where you look. 
I saw the multi coloured thread thread (!) as well but it doesn't look familiar.
It'll come to me eventually...probably at about 2.30 in the morning!!!!
I could, of course, be talking through my hat.
