Internal server error

What do they say is the problem???

It was a problem with websites on cloud hosting whose names began with a 't', caused by an 'unusually high data load'.

I think this probably translates to 'A website beginning with 't' is having a much higher level of traffic than usual, and everyone else is suffering because of it', but I'm not entirely sure.

I haven't seen the internal server error for a couple of days but it's still boringly slow and I'm getting the server error connection is lost but if I click on the back button it goes to the section I was trying to look at!

I tried to post a response to a thread and the system wouldn’t cooperate. I eventually received a 110 error message - timed out. Yesterday I sent a PM and kept clicking to send. No response. It did actually get sent but there was no indication of this until I received a reply! I’ll just read and not attempt to respond.

This is getting to be a real problem over the last few days ... Was it Friday the first problems showed up?

Is there anything we can do ... ask them for money back each time theres an error message?
That might concentrate their minds?

I think we need to either raise a ticket or use live chat asking for a proper explanation, and refuse to accept being fobbed off.  Unfortunately a support ticket will take time to deal with, and live chat is likely to require sitting in a queue for 45 minutes - and I am supposed to be on holiday.
