It is indeed, well spotted    For those in the UK there are cheaper options of the very same design of marker.

I had missed this thread earlier. For lighter colours I always use Frixion pens (having tested them on a scrap first), but for darker colours I use a tip which someone on here gave (can't remember who, but am very grateful!). I use a sliver of soap - worn down to sharp edges. It works much better than chalk - giving clean markings. It does disappear if you press over it - meaning it has probably melted into the fabric. I haven't found this to be a problem but best to stick to the wrong side of the fabric.
