By the way this book by Julia Barton is another lovely book and some nice ideas in there as well
I have a feeling I have this book somewhere - I'll have to go on a search! If not, there is one for sale on eBay for about £4. A lot of the more modern books tend to miss out great chunks of the 'how to' which isn't helpful if you don't already know!
