Absolutely.  It is a box bag and v easy to make and even if you have to buy fabric, it will be a whole lot cheaper than buying the ready made bag.

This reminds me of my bag for life that I made @Celia , with adjusted measurements and a bottom.  I think it was my first venture into quilting.  I made it to hang in my boiler room and it contains all sorts from spare rubber gloves to Karcher spares.  It's tough beggar though, weighs a ton and all I do is lift one handle off if I want anything. I was short of fabric on the inside so improvised
