Love Notions have launched a pull on jeans pattern called the Crescendo jeans, which has 4 different leg shapes (flare, bootcut, skinny, straight). As its a new pattern its on at a reduced price which ends today. $9.50

I don't think they are different enough for me from the Itch To Stitch Mountain View Pull On Jeans which I already own, but if you don't have the MVs and you fancy a pull on jean maybe this would be good.

Well, I have finished my jeans and worn them a couple of times.  No one made any bad comments and one of my friends said they look like “proper jeans” so I think that was a compliment.

I made the Morgan jeans which are non stretch.  I really enjoyed the process of making them and my sewing machine coped very well.  Pics to follow when I get organised.

Great, 'proper jeans' is a great compliment.

I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

Wished I hadn't looked @Ouryve !!
I started on my jeans today. Jalie 2908 which I have made before but have had to adjust as they no longer fit. The denim I am using is the cheaper of the two I bought earlier on and is quite rough even after washing a few times.
I cut them all out and did the back pockets and attached them. I didn't do any fancy stitching on the pockets because I was using the top stitch thread that was left on the machine and it's a bit orangey for my taste but I couldn't be bothered to change it. I also added the back yokes and top stitched those. The denim is very stretchy so as I top stitch the seams are becoming wavy. Once they're on my body though I know they will smooth out.
That'll do for today.
So many beers, so little time.

The fit isn’t perfect at all but I’m pleased with the top stitching.  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]     [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]    [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

They look great @Cazlyn. The rivets add that finishing touch. Very neat topstitching too.
