Looks very neat.  :thumb: Well done for working it out - that's the sort of thing that easily confuses me!!  :P
So many beers, so little time.

I live in 2 places every week, one is my normal house the other is an off grid cabin where some of the, ahem, niceties are not always there.  (I mean I have an outhouse, with this.)

So I need to make a toiletry bag, which in this case is to be able to hold a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, feminine hygiene  products...you know stuff you need going to the bathroom.  Would this actually fit this contest?

And why a bag?  Well, I can't leave the TP outside because it's not exactly weatherproof, and my kid has a habit of using it all and not telling anyone and I can't yell very well.  Plus, I got water there but I don't want to leave soap because it's not weatherproof and did you know soap in the sun will turn clear from whatever color it was?  Plus, because it's an hour away we often use the rest area between here and there and I don't want to use John Wayne paper* on my nether bits, plus they rarely have soap.

*It's rough, tough and doesn't take crap off anyone.

That John Wayne paper used to be standard issue in schools here, @Kwaaked - everything smarts, just thinking about it. It would probably make great paper paper for small pieces, mind!

Starryfish's Entry #1.

I have had an Ehrmann needlepoint panel lurking in my SR for years. I've finally made it into a cushion. It's a lovely Willow tree by David Merry, it was a nightmare to sew with lots of shades of green.

The back is some moleskin that has been in my stash for years as well.

That's a lovely piece of work. It must have been very difficult following the chart with all the different greens!

That’s a beautiful cushion @Starryfish . It must have taken ages to make.

A lovely weeping wil low.
I used to do a lot of cushions like that. I  fact i still have a couple of kits lurking somewhere.

The cushion I use in the SR is one and a couple on a sofa.
There is a big one half finished as well,  still strung somewhere.

Sew Ruthie Sews' entry #1 Sewing Machine Covers
Soft covers for the machines which I most commonly leave out on my sewing table, though I wouldn't have all 4 out at once.
The covers are made from an old curtain, I then stitched on embroidered name patches so I know which cover goes on which machine (they are roughly shaped to fit). I did the lettering on my Janome Memory Craft 200E embroidery machine. (I didn't make a cover for this one as it normally lives in the cupboard and just comes out for embroidery projects.)

Hiya folks how are the Home sewing projects going?

I shortened some curtains for the living room, they look good but its not really a make is it.
I have quite a few things planned but my list is getting longer and longer.....

My lovely sewing friend shared this with me and I'd like to have a go
Fabric storage basket (no interfacing)

I also want to make some cushions from the curtain offcuts, some cushions for the bench in the hall and recover the cushion on the sewing room chair. I've also got a partly done office chair recover (nightmare don't ask)....
