Good morning, you are sounding much better @Lemon Syllabub , hope your booster goes well. I am not doing much today after yesterdays hike around hospital corridors, the building work is still going on there but the new Main Entrance is finished and there are more shops inside..
I might  make some soup as there are vegetables to be used up.
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning, it looks damp  and feels chilly  today  but not raining  and blowing a gale. Highlight  of the day is a physio appointment  at the hospital this morning.
Enjoy  your  day whatever  you are doing.

@WildAtlanticWay  we have a yellow warning for gales this afternoon and rain for change! Everywhere is saturated with low lying fields flooded.
Stay safe.

Good  morning,  it's frosty on the grass and a lovely pinky lemon sunrise. I like the pretty banner. @Sandra I would think your Dad's appointment is for the assessment  before the cataract operation.
I will finish the present wrapping  today  I promise  ;) I am getting fed up with bags of stuff everywhere. Lunch is leftover walnut and mushroom nut roast which turned out fine considering it was a mixture of several recipes. Have a good day one and all.

@Ohsewsimple I've just made a double batch of of walnut and mushroom nut roast, one tin is in the oven now and the rest of the uncooked mix is in the freezer. I looked at several recipes and made my own version with the addition of a tin of green lentils  and flavoured with mushroom ketchup (only available locally at Waitrose) and lots of my favourite herbs and spices. Didn't  finish the  present wrapping but not much more to do. It's  raining again and has got very dark. So that's all I am going to do today.

Morning  all, well, it's  cloudy and wet again and still chilly.  More wrapping of presents , should  finish today, I found another reel of Sellotape  but no dispenser.  Going to make a walnut and mushroom nutroast for lunch.
Have a good day.

Happy birthday  :VV:  :birthday:

Look after yourself @Lemon Syllabub

Good morning, cold and raining again, oh how I hate the dark winter days.  Apart from the usual domestic chores I have nothing planned, I could  carry on with present wrapping if I can find the other Sellotape dispenser.
Enjoy your Sunday.

My favourite  70's dress was  very short in emerald green  velour with very full sleeves and deep cuffs with about 6 little covered buttons worn with knee high shiny boots  i might have looked a tad tarty  ;) I was in my  early thirties!
