Wow!
I wish I could FMQ like that.

Will be interesting to see what it finally goes for.
Just depends if more than one person realises what it should cost.

Well there are the lengths of Linton tweed that have been maturing for several years.

Lovely.
Bright and uplifting as we go into shorter days.

As a side issue, check the weight of a trolley if you think of going down that route.
I bought one for my QE440 (not that I would regularly take it to classes, but for specific 'how to do X on your machine' ones)
Would definitely protect the machine, but fairly heavy empty and too heavy for me to lift in and out of the car with the machine in it.

Patchwork & Quilting ... Welcome to the Darkside / Re: Bernina 1/4 inch foot
« on: September 25, 2017, 21:01:40 PM »
Sewbee, the 37 foot came with my 570QE and is very useful.  You can move the needle one place within it to make a scant seam.
That needs to go on the list of things everyone except me already knew.
Along with not trying to do it with the straight stitch plate.

To be fair it does seem more like a means to an end than a conversion to P&Q.

If it is in good condition I would think that price would be good for just the table.

In the wardrobe / Re: Bad Sewing Days

Deeply frustrating when you have to start a sewing session with some reverse sewing, but I suppose not as frustrating as spotting the mistake much later.

Looks like it. The one thing I do like about the newer cabinets is the clear plastic boxes on the inside of the door. Much easier to see what is in there.

Looking at the others on that link the price has gone up. Oh well, it was only ever a vague wish.

It does look fantastic.
Rather you than me manoeuvring that amount of quilt through a domestic machine (at least I assume you have an ordinary machine).
