Yeh Fairy great to see you here, I look at your blog regularly and lurve your sewing. You do have a lot to answer for though especially after recommending StyleArc patterns!!!!
Don't know what you mean *whistles innocently*
I only have about 7 of them to make up myself...

I think you are right.  Spring is perhaps the least most interesting for me, but winter makes me think of snuggly stuff and coats.  :D

And also all the glam 'partywear' for the parties I never go to

No , not sort it but whack in a couple of colour catchers and they mop up the bad! Hmmm Italian Textiles, you say??? -<
Oh yes, I've been buying LOTS from them.  Beware, they're not cheapo, the prices are per half metre, but the quality is outstanding.  I have made loads of steampunkery from it, and several top quality shirts [Hugo Boss linen anyone?]

Speaking of slapping, maybe we need a special 'Snark' thread so that anyone who feels prissy coming on can steer well clear....

Is it just me, or is it only the Autumn/Winter styles that are ever interesting?

EAsy peasy lemon squeezy- I've taken reduced hours at work so can't afford to buy anyway...and the stash is pretty big.
I'm already doing a SWAP entry [although I've reached a bit of a doldrum stage], and keeping up with monthly challenges on FB's Sewing Bloggers' Network.  My Historical Sewing has dropped off a bit, but I reckon I can manage some of these without major stress.  Probably.
Count me in missus

I blame it all on the departed Demented Fairy - she made some really whacky outfits from their fabrics - remember the parrot shirt? Crazy but great - and she brought TCC to my attention.  I am not going to look - I already have too much stuff from them - funny how it just slips into the basket!
Whacky?  Me?  Surely not...the parrot shirt still gets lots of wear, despite me making it pink in a recent wash.  Sigh.  What's that you say?  'sort the washing'?  Nope, can't hear you.

I have a new eBay guilty secret now though- Italian Textiles.  Oh yes.  Luxury goodness and some truly amazing quality stuff.  Fly my pretties, fly....

Have you missed me dear ones? I'm still around, still blogging, still stirrin' up some mischief and whacking away with the fish-slapping where it's needed.  Bunting?  NO!!!
