I have been tempted by the Closet Case Ginger Jeans pattern for a while, but still dithering about whether to go for that or stick with a Vogue pattern that I already have and adapt it. Are there any recommendations for the former? Is it worth the extra? I have always stuck to the Big 4 previously, just made a pair of Burda pants, photos yet to be taken, and the amount of fiddling to get the fit right has put me off going there again.

I don't think I could go through the hassle of downloading and sticking pieces of paper together so would be looking to get the paper pattern itself.

Finished this top last week, I initially put the little cap sleeves on but then took them off, decided I didn't like them, and finished the edges with bias strips from left over fabric.

This pattern is designed for stretch fabrics which this isn't, so I made it slightly bigger and put slits into the bottom of the side seams. I've had this fabric for probably 40 years,  DH found a mini stash in the garage some time ago!

Made these pants more as a wearable toile really, but I don't think I'll use it for the fabric I had in mind now. There is a seam down the back, as well as side seams, I thought I would try it out but I do think it's a bit odd. Reasonably happy with them though - they will come in useful as they're quite lightweight.

Can I ask why the Member photos have all expanded to close-up? To be honest, the blurred aspect really hurts my eyes! Does anyone else have this problem? 

Glad to have finished this changing bag for my nephew and his wife who are shortly to have their third son. The pirate fabric is lovely.

The front edges of this have not worked so well.  :SMade this before and it was fine but this has more stretch. Think I'll put some shirring elastic on to see if it will correct it.

This top needed some perseverance but I got there in the end.  I took the first collar I made off as I wasn't happy with it and made a second one. Then the machine jammed with one of the seams in it, and finally when I was doing the buttonholes, I caught some fabric under the buttonhole band and had to very carefully unpick it! Still, finally finished and worn already!

I made this for my mum for Mother's Day, the outer fabric has images of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Munroe as well as the Eiffel Tower and other similar outlines. I made a bag for her in the same fabric a couple of years ago, suggesting it as a toiletry bag but she uses it as a knitting bag so this is perfect to go with it.
