So pretty!  I'd wear that in a heartbeat too; definitely my favourite colours x

It's been so sunny the past two days I'm beginning to wonder about the summery wardrobe too although it's still too chilly for anything too drastic.   I might start digging out a few bits and pieces although it's depressing when I know most of it still won't fit as I haven't dropped the excess pounds I needed to.

I won't wear jumpsuits even though I'm the opposite shape - loooong legs and short body.  Not dragging my clothes over a public toilet floor for anyone.

Yet another long torso, shorter leg person here.  Even if a jumpsuit fitted they are so impractical; I don't even consider them.

With the improvement in the temperatures this week I might start to think about moving the wardrobe round again later this week.

Oh that’s my favourite colour combo.  Beautiful!

Looks good @Tamnymore
I made one in some scrap table cloth fabric with owls on.  I used bias binding but turned it all to the inside.  Probably made more work.  Also made one for my hairdresser after he complained he had nothing to keep pegs in and liked hanging washing out.  He loved it and said he always thinks of me when he's hanging out his smalls.

That's lovely!! Those are just my colours  :loveit:
I agree about the felting process - I did it on my textile course and can still remember the way my arms had a good work out  :P

I feel like doing the same @KayK but until it warms up I can't summon up any motivation to get started!

It still feels very cold today with the strong winds.

This is a fact! Hard enough to get on the bathroom scale when the house is chilled let alone try on clothing. Brrr!

Another long torso, short leg person here. Love jumpsuits, hate the wedgies.I sewed my 1st one when I was 16 or 17. That project was where I learned about adjusting pattern pieces for a better fit-I didn't. Also learned that you should use suitable fabric, not just what caught your eye. I used a slightly shiny muted jacquard print acetate. If you're thinking men's ties or suit lining you're correct!  "Perfect for my blistering hot climate.

I'm hoping to clear out my dresser later this week. Most is suitable for the bin. Realized all of it is pre-covid acquisition and getting tatty. Fingers crossed for a shopping excursion this Friday. Just two pair of everyday pants. That's my goal.
