That is very worrying @Greybird and, of course, the helplines are of no use.  I hope nothing develops.

My plans to buy a floorstanding lamp came to nothing.  I had saw this in Dunelm and didn't realise that it was online only.  Went to three other places and nada.  :(

The link for the clover tracing wheel referenced by @Morgan is broken.  It should be this.

I use Swedish tracing paper and lay it on top of the pattern pieces and then trace.

Looks as if the government cannot avoid a national lockdown.  I am heading out to see if I can buy a floorstanding lamp before non-essential shops close.  I have seen something in Dunelm that will do.

I draw around the patterns onto the fabric for cutting out, but I don't sew anything from Satan's fabric cupboard.  I'm sure you can do it.

During the ad break, I saw this.  The cats seem to be having a great time.

I email photos to myself.  The camera app doesn't always let me choose the size to send.  :headbang:

Unfortunately the apkpure thing just links to loads of ads :'(
I have just looked at the reviews in google play there is a sizeable number of complaints about the ads.  The developer doesn't seem to be doing anything to address this and even people who have paid for the 'pro version' (no ads) say the still get them.  Not good.

Sorry @Vezelay, I'll be looking for something else.

I must be incredibly thick. There is no Lunapic for Android phone.
That's the drawback.  Lunapic works for me as I am a desktop user.  It can be done on a phone, but it is tricky.

@Vezelay, that app looks just the thing and I will give it a try.

@CraftyIrish, I don't think that for the purposes of this competition, your links can be external.  I would find a static image for the bag pattern to embed into your entry like so

(scaled using Lunapic), and also add a few of your own pictures in-post in the same manner.

Ultimately, everything comes from China.  I don't shop online if I can buy in a bricks and mortar shop, which allows me to feel the quality and see the true colour.

I would rather pay the price than wait weeks for something that might be crap when it does finally arrive.

@Terri, I schlepped out to Walthamstow and bought a 25m roll of 20mm bias binding for £5.50 from

here.  It is probably the best of the three trimmings shops and I noticed some lovely stuff.  The other two are

which is more pedestrian, and

which has a lot of fancy things, but probably more aimed at the Asian community.

The street is very long and there is a bit of walking to do.

@CraftyIrish, since you are a subscriber you can attach images direct from your computer. If the images are large, rescale before posting to this thread.  I use Lunapic for picture editing and I wrote a little tute which you can see here.

Can't disagree with you about Niagara Falls, also nice if you go under the falls
Under it  :scream:  I saw the nutters riding the 'Hornblower' and I was really freaked.
