Good afternoon myself and OH have just got back from taking Sooki to Cleethorpes for a wee run on the beach. It's a long way to go for a hot chocolate but, hey, we all enjoyed it  :loveit:

The wind is picking up and it is chilly  :o

Don't think much will get done now  :)

Have a good day all

Good afternoon I've braved the fffff cold and placed an order at the butcher, took some books to the charity shop and didn't buy any! good girl  :)

Been baking like billy-o, a pastry case for a quiche and crumble topping for our tea later. OH is home later after being away all week and I never cook for myself, so I'm looking forward to a good tea

Have a good day all

Good afternoon, as we are collecting friends from further reaching places I've modified my profile location to accommodate them  :)

Done the supermarket trawl in an alternative shop and spent way more than I intended, I get sparkly-eyed at all the different goodies  :loveit:  Had a wobble when I realised C*****mas is very close now and I haven't ordered the necessary from the butcher yet  :S I'll go tomorrow

Have a good day all

Would some bias binding makers be useful to her?

@Esme866 wow you were lucky there. I find if you take your time and slow down as you approach a pin you can sew 'over' it, if you get my meaning  >< A lot of the time I hand-turn the needle so can pre-empt any strikes
