Sew Mag issue 46

A long shot but has anyone got this issue from April 2013? I have found a pattern to down load for a vintage slip but the sizes are colour coded and I cannot find any reference as to what the sizes are.
pattern if anyone is interested.

@StitchinTime thanks for the link, glad I didn't print the pattern as it needs too much grading. It seems too much work for a simple slip.
