Interfacing?

I am cutting out The Drape Dress pattern hat came with Simply Sewing magazine.  The pattern calls for lightweight iron-on knit or bias interfacing. I don't know which is best to buy for the fabric I have. It's a quite drapey jersey but it stretches in all directions. I am quite a novice with stretch fabric so it might have a name.

Can anybody suggest my best option?

I would use that with stretchy stuff. I sometimes use similar with lycra when I need a bit of body.
