I did make this a couple of weeks ago but today decided to add some topstitching. The fabric is a finer weight wool Melton than the first one i made and is the same fabric i made my hat with. I have to say that this skirt pattern is the best fitting one i have ever had and although the pattern was a bit daunting when i first saw it, it does go together well if a bit fiddly in places

The topstitching sets off the unusual yoke line very nicely! Good idea.

I've got the pattern as well - looked at it and thought - oh no thanks that looks vicious! Well done you and the top stitching is lovely.
