SavvySewist.co.uk have a sale on A0 pattern printing in March. You can send them the pdfs and get paper copies back. Standard postage is included but you can pay more for speed. They are very helpful and told me how many sheets each pattern would take.
@SewRuthieSews Mountain Stitch jeans for example were 2 sheets. Even extra discount if you order more than one pattern.
