Lumbar Jack is our Holiday Skeleton. We plan to dress him up for every imaginable holiday.  So far, I have made him a personalized scarf & a little kilt for Robert Burns Day. Here is his picture.  I will post some pics of his outfits a bit later.  BTW, any ideas for other holiday outfits I can make are welcome.  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

I hope he'll have a real, proper, anatomical correct heart for Valentine's Day!
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

I love it. I’m not sure I can sew one, but I’m pretty sure I can make one with my Cricut machine.

Lumbar Jack!

Reminds me of the naming of gritter lorries in Scotland: Gritney Spears, Spread Sheeran, Salt Disney and Spreadie Van Halen to name but a few  :)

That hat is adorable. Sadly, I do not knit. But I did just use my Cricut machine to cut one out of leather.  Pics when I dye or paint it.

@Iminei bunny ears are easy enough, but how would you do a Zombie costume for him?

@Sheilago I found him a fancy hat for July 4, along with a miniature US flag.

Suggestion for 'dressing' L/Jack

Bastille Day, French National day, 14 July, tricolour sash.  Worn either around waist or diagonally over shoulder.
+ If 'he' is 'gender fluid 'he' could become Lumbar Jacqueline for the day and if you are feeling ambitious could model the Phrygian hat with classic tricolour roundel, or p'raps more radically, a tricolour tassel.
In any case he will be surely be at the least Lumbar Jacques for the day?

Regards,
Phil

What about a mummy costume? Or a fairy costume for midsummer night
As it neared the top of the grade, it went more slowly. However, it still kept saying, "I—think—I—can, I—think—I—can." It reached the top by drawing on bravery and then went on down the grade, congratulating itself by saying, "I thought I could,  I thought I could."

for midsummer, you could make a garland of (artificial) flowers for round his neck
