As it neared the top of the grade, it went more slowly. However, it still kept saying, "I—think—I—can, I—think—I—can." It reached the top by drawing on bravery and then went on down the grade, congratulating itself by saying, "I thought I could,  I thought I could."

Thank you lovely ladies, I am quite proud of myself, to be honest. A lot of the fabrics for the HST is recycled from friends and family, and DD2 has had a horrible year, battling bullying, an eating disorder and the loss of her beloved grandfather. I chose this pattern because I thought the meaning behind it was important. She knows that the fabrics were donated by those who love her and she is now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel
