I have bought from here a few times and never had a problem, dispatched same day arrived next. But i placed an order on 11 April and it still hasn't arrived, it is marked as unfulfilled on my account page. I have e mailed them twice and tried to ring but got no response from either method.
Has anyone else had problems recently?

I've used them a few times and been quite happy.  I was going to suggest posting something on their Facebook page, but I've just had a look and they haven't posted themselves for over a year.

My last order was January, and they sent it out 4 days after my order was placed (order placed late Friday, sent late Tuesday), which isn't quite the same day shipping they offer on their website.
