Found a remnant of nursery fabric in my cupboard and decided to make a nappy caddy with it for my daughter’s friend. It was such a wet afternoon yesterday and it was an ideal short project. By happy coincidence , it’s the perfect colour match for a baby blanket I crocheted in the winter. Love it when that happens- it looks like I’ve planned it all along.

What a lovely idea and gift for a young Mum, I am sure she will find this so useful, and what a way to spend a not so nice  wet afternoon - well done.

I’ve made them for all my daughter’s friends when they’re nearly at the end of their pregnancy. I usually fill them with burp cloths, bibs etc that I’ve made and usually a blanket too. I love putting all the bits together. They all say they use them a lot- hopefully they’re not just being polite to their friend’s mum!  :D
