@Iminei , I've had a think and the answer is 'Yes', the little blue bits read as dots to me.

I've pulled out a couple of traditional polka dot fabrics.

One is red with white spots which reads rather 1950s. Not sure what I might make from it (I'd originally planned a button front shirt). Its probably too bright for me....

The other is a cotton lawn in aqua with pink dots which to me reads quite PJ like, so may well become some cropped PJ bottoms.

I've pulled some of this, in navy out of my stash and have made an effort to find a suitable pattern for it.

Summer PJs for me.
The PJ trousers are cut from a remnant of cotton lawn from Auntie Joy's stash. It's aqua with pink spots. I used my old favourite New Look 6216 but omitted the slash pockets (not enough fabric). I also added two buttonholes through the front waistband casing, attaching narrow self fabric ties to the end of the elastic so the waist is adjustable.
The PJ top is the Lago tank from Itch to Stitch. The main fabric is a printed viscose knit and the bands are a plain pink cotton jersey. I shortened it slightly at the shorten and lengthen lines.
