Hiya, Im claire and im from Scotland, just outside Glasgow.
I have been sewing for about 10 years, but mostly curtains, blinds, cushions (the easy stuff) and have a seamstress for a mum who was always annoyed I was better with power tools than a sewing machine! I've started to make clothes in the last few months as I have been making more time for it and I am very fussy about what I wear and I am loing it.
I work a lot and have chronic health issues and a big woofer, that mean I dont get the time i'd like to play as much but I've started making some dedicated sewing days and it's brigning me joy.
I have also been knitting for around 4 years and I test knitting patterns as well as knit for friends and am a bit addicted
