Coincidentally I'm going to Llanerchaeron on Thursday, although as we will have the goddaughters with us I'm not sure we will be able to look at the exhibition.
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

Well, I went to Llanerchaeron, and I looked for a textile exhibition.  Couldn't find anything, so when I got home I looked it up and discovered that it was a small number of embroidered items on display in the main house.  Seriously, in total, there were fewer than a dozen items, plus a very small number of needlework tools, displayed in a dim room.  I had seen them, but didn't for a second think they could be described as an exhibition.

Oh no @Acorn ! I got the impression (from the NT website) that it was a full-on exhibition! I hope people complained as it's misleading.

I was going anyway, I just had to drag two small children into the main house to look for it!  There were no signs up about it at all, so it seems as though the main website may have picked up on something and assumed it was rather more than it was.

I have to hand it to the National Trust, they had a good selection of things to keep children entertained without making it all about children.  In my experience when the NT has a theme they go overboard and throw everything else out - not this time!
