I have just discovered Bookmarked, which is a website run by Search Press and David and Charles, who publish sewing, knitting, crochet etc books.

You can join free of charge and then have access to all sorts of articles about their books and writers, and, best of all, there are free projects taken from their books.   

I was looking for a secondhand copy of Crochet Collage Garden and found they were offering the very project I was interested in as a free download.

I signed up to this last night, they asked for names and other details. They also asked what they should call me, so I put Goddess!

I now have an email addressed to Dear Goddess that really made me smile. It’s the little things.

Thanks @Acorn i have had that book on my wish list for ages so i will try out the free project before i buy. I notice they also have Ziggy the Hedgehog pattern to download, wish i had seen this before i bought the book.
