Museum of English Rural Life has a new exhibition. I've seen a few sewing machines in there but had no idea they have a huge collection.

Ooohh! I'd never heard of this place but its location, bang in the middle of Reading, is an odd choice for a museum of rural life ;-)

Reading University started out as an agricultural college. Even 50 years ago this was a thriving agricultural area. Free to enter, if you're ever anywhere near it's worth a visit.
