I thought Deer and Doe had gone quiet...

Turned out to be for very good reason. Thankfully, all turned out better than feared.

Anyhow, I've just had an email from Closet Core saying that Deer and Doe are now under their umbrella, after approaching them in the search for a buyer. There's a blog post about it but I can't get into it, at the moment.

I just had the same email @Ouryve. As you say it could have been worse.

It's good it's gone to a bilingual indie pattern company! If I remember one of the founders has had health issues.
A day without sewing is a day wasted.
