Burdastyle 04/2018 previewI like, for myself:
- the shirtdress, seems like a better version of the Colette pattern with that same weird partial collar;
- the raglan shirt minus the double ruffle tie-neck #overkill;
- the overwrought peplum off-shoulder statement-sleeve top, inexplicably in a lemon print;
- the flounced wrap-skirt;
- the sleeveless trench dress;
For my mother:
- the angle-pleat shirt ;
- the draped-sleeve top;
- the Audrey Hepburn kimono-sleeve blouse;
- the ruffle-sleeved top;
The kids pyjama patterns are cute and sure to be useful to parents. And I needed those leaves for some cushions in my living room!!!
The Plus seems dissapointing, though that hankerchief-blouse dress is nice in theory, a bit WTF in practice as is the wrap top.
Have you all noticed how Burda gives versions of the same garments in both size ranges. That Plus skirt with the asymetrical slit echoes the one from last Spring that was a stripe, IIRC.
Tl;dr: I like this issue so far!
