The Singer info page might have it listed, does it have a number? It might be a type of hemmer, all I can find is similar Greist and Rotary attachments. What is a tucker?

I think it might some type of tucker or tuck marker, but I can't find an exact match for it.

Looking closely at it, it appears to be for the back clamping machines (Singer 66). There is a very similar one
shown here
and mentions a screw that is often missing and which appears to be missing from yours.

It probably identical to this one, yours looks like it's missing a setting screw.

For the back clamping 66
Helen Howes has it as
'older style tuck marker'
over half way down this page
