In sorting through - yet again - some fabrics I came across 2 x pieces of water-silk effect black taffeta.
Its is quite stiff in structure and made me think of a Dracular cape!!
There's 2 x pieces - each 45" wide - 1 @ 2.5 yds and 1 @ 1 3/4 yd (these are approx. lengths).
(I think it comes from the then-garment-manufacturing district in the London West End and I bought it from a charity shop in the early 90's which used to get donations from the wholesalers.)
Is anyone interested in swapping for some haberdashery : e.g., wonder clips or light weight interfacing or black or navy thread, etc etc ....
