I have no tweed. So I'm using quilting cotton. Will remake in tweed 'one day'.

Pocket Flaps. So tiny.

This is an Amazon link to the Luna Lapins Friends Book. Reynard is the elegant foxy character who likes his tweed. @Renegade Sewist

Thanks @Fajita . Quite a fine proper British Fox. Of course he has a fondness for tweed.

One tweed less fox.
I didn't attempt buttonholes at this time. Maybe in the future I will come back and button his jacket.

He is lovely!  Very dapper and gentlemanly.   :D
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

What a lovely well dressed Reynard, he really is a handsome fellow.  Well done on making both the fox and his clothes.

He's lovely Fajita.  It's reminded me of the foxes my sister and I used to make and sell when we were in our teens.  They were dressed in hunting pink (not very pc these days) and were very popular.
Life's too short for ironing.

@Fajita , what a gorgeous fox.

As a result of your efforts, I've now decided my best friend's grand daughters will be receiving Luna Lapins from me for Easter.

Are you using wool felt? If so, from where? I'm drawing a complete blank on the stuff here in the states and I'm not sure I want to put that much work into polyester or acrylic felt that would pill over time.

Anyone have any ideas?

@Esme866 , I got my wool felt from the Malvern Quilt Show, but the name of the stall eludes me at present. When I remember I will get back to you.

A quick google brings up this site, but it may not be feasible overseas.

Actually, looking at the site, it was probably the cool crafting site at the quilt show.
